LEADERSHIP

Michael Troutman
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Troutman serves as Chief Executive Officer of Siege Technologies, providing guidance and direction to the board and senior leadership team at Siege. Previously, he served in leadership positions within the Information Operations domain at L3Harris Corporation for 16 years, in the Cyber IO Business Area. Mr. Troutman managed capture and strategic development efforts for mobile and embedded systems, wireless security, network red teaming, and software security projects for US Government Defense, Intelligence and Federal law enforcement clients. Michael also provided Program Management for multiple IDIQs totaling over $1B in annual ceiling.

Michael Mangan
Chief Financial Officer

Mike is a hands-on leader with over 25 years finance expertise. His  experience bridges, banking, treasury and corporate finance functions and his experience includes everything from driving strategic expansion to turnaround strategy to consulting on a bankruptcy auction. For the past 10 years Mike has been a senior executive and Chief Financial Officer for portfolio companies held by large institutional investors including ArcLight Capital Partners, Alinda Capital partners, EQT and most recently a joint venture midstream development on the US Gulf Coast controlled by a large California family office and Mercuria Investments US, Inc.

Christopher Boyd
Executive Vice President

Chris provides oversight to Siege’s departmental operations, supervising administrative and operational staff. His 18 years of management experience includes leadership roles with several DC area firms to include L-1 Identity Solutions and DC Capital Partners, among others. He has overseen customer engagement, human capital retention, and integration through multiple M&A cycles. Chris spent over a decade embedded with the U.S. Treasury where he built a standalone business group later acquired by GDIT.
